How do I reserve a trailer?

Start by contacting us here and sharing your date, location, and a few details about your event or project.
We’ll walk you through the options, send a clear quote, and reserve your trailer with a deposit. Simple and straightforward.

When should I book?

As soon as your date is set is best — especially during the busy summer season.
Availability goes quickly, so we recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance for peace of mind.

What sizes do you offer?

We carry several trailer sizes to support everything from small gatherings to large events and jobsites.
Tell us your guest count and event details, and we’ll recommend the best fit — no guessing on your end.

What are the on-site requirements for a trailer?

Most setups are simple and only require a standard 110V (20 amp) outlet, a nearby garden hose connection, and a flat, solid surface for placement. The trailer should be within about 100 feet of power and water hookups.

What are my options if my location doesn’t have water or electrical access?

Not to worry! We offer generator rentals, and many of our trailers come equipped with fresh water tanks. These tanks can be easily refilled as needed, either on a schedule or at your convenience using a standard garden hose.

How big are your restroom trailers? Will they fit my space?

Our trailers vary in size. We’ll ask a few questions about your group size and available space, then match you with a trailer that fits both your needs and your site.

How does delivery and pickup work?

We handle everything:

• Deliver and position the trailer

• Set it up and make sure it’s ready to use

• Return for pickup when you’re finished

Our goal is to make this easy — no stress, no hassle.

What happens after I book?

You’ll receive a confirmation, and we’ll stay in touch leading up to delivery.
On delivery day, we’ll walk you through how everything works and make sure you feel comfortable before we leave.

What’s included with the rental?

Everything. Your rental includes delivery, setup, all toiletries, a walk-through, and pickup.
We take care of the details so you can focus on your event or project.

How much does it cost to rent a restroom trailer?

Pricing depends on the type of trailer, number of guests, location, setup needs, and duration of your event. Additional costs may apply if a generator or fresh water tank is required.

How many trailers will I need?

It depends on guest count, event length, and whether food and drinks are served.

Do your trailers include heating and air conditioning?

All of our trailers are fully climate-controlled for comfort, with the exception of our standard portable restroom units.

Where can my restroom or shower trailer be placed?

Restroom and shower trailers should be placed on firm, level ground to ensure proper setup and safe operation. The site must also be accessible by a standard pickup truck for delivery and placement. Please allow for adequate clearance, as most units are approximately 12 feet tall and require an unobstructed path free of low-hanging branches or other obstacles.
